Hello!But after years of early morning practices, basketball tournaments, and watching my daughter Cass grow into an elite athlete, I realized I had something to say. And more importantly, I realized other sports parents needed to hear it.
The truth is, I felt completely lost at first. I didn't know how the recruiting process worked. I didn't know what NIL meant. I didn't know how to help Cass stand out in a sea of talented athletes.
I spent thousands — tens of thousands — on travel ball, camps, trainers, and gear. And I still felt like I was guessing.
Worst of all? I started losing myself. My entire identity became Cass’ and Cai’s mom. And while I'm proud of that, I knew I needed more.
